Samsung India — Samsung customer care has denied to fix my handset under warranty and ask me to pay money to get it fixed.on Oct 7, 2016
Hello,
My name is pavan live in secundrabad. I have a handset samsung j2.
The phone is still under warranty.in the month of june, the full screen of my phone got black suddenly.
I went to the samsung service center at tarnka in secunsrabad. Then the team asked me money to get it fixed because they thought it was my fault.
I told him that sir there is no physical damage on my phone. It is an internal issue and you should fix it without money.
Still i have not repaired this phone because i have decided not to use any samsung phone and also i do not suggest...
