[Resolved] Sun Direct — after successful recharge customer care member not properly answered and argued and channel not shown till now. | |||
Respected sir, Today (04.02.2020) afternoon 3.02 p. M i have recharged my dth smart card (Card no. [protected]) through indian post payment bank mobile application (Ippb app) recharge amount is rs 380 (Rupees three hundred and eighty only) the recharge amount is debited in my account but my t. V does n't show any channels so i called for our customer care toll free number in today 3.07 p. M that time mr. Shanmugam can pick my call i have explained all the things about recharge but mr. Shanmugam not properly answered and argued and also blamed for me. But sir original recharge amount is one rupee greater than plan amount and i have requested to change them in to my old plan. For your reference please visit my account of recharging but he will not accepted and not properly answered my doubts about validity. After successful recharging channel is not shown till now.
