Sun Direct — Amount not reflecting in Sun Direct Account after successful recharge

Address:UMADEVI, W/O MANCHEGOWDA, YEREHALLI,RAMANAGARA

I have recharged my Sun direct account - Smart card no / CDSN -
[protected], via Google pay twice on 20th Oct 2021 11.03 am and 11.04 am. First payment of Rs. 1000 and its transaction id[protected]. Second payment of Rs.200 and its transaction id[protected]. But the recharge amount is not reflecting in my Sun direct account and also I was unable to contact any of the customer care executives related to the query.

I recharged it through SunDirect app which was then redirected to Google pay.
