Sun Direct — Asking charges for replacing set-up box updation | |||||
Dear Sir, Sun direct DTH is not working due to their server upgradation from their end. As per them, we need to change out SET BOX for matching their server. We have contact the nearest SUN SHINE store. As per them we need to pay 650/- for new box. We don't know, why we need to pay this amount. It is not our problem. I have already recharged for one year on 25th oct 2016. Our next due date is 25th oct 2017. We have send a mail to Customer care regarding this issue, But not receiving any reply.
