I have done a recharhe for 6 months of 1520 through upi. The money got debited from my bank account but it's not reflected in my account. Please resolve my issue...

Zee picchar channel is recently launced.but in sun direct dth this channel not available.and zee kannada also not available...

Yesterday itself picture not come...

The local service provider is charging unusual rate for fixing just a minute problem and additional fee for coming home and checking the problem...He is not taking according to his remunerative...I think this problem is in almost areas...So provide them with actual amount to be charged and the public known about the actual fee...

Have done recharge my sundirect with Rs2059 through BHIM SBI pay they are saying that it is success with their end but sundirect still showing not recharged i contacted customer care also they are saying that to sent an email but it also not working...

The sun direct pack expired on 13.05.2020 morning. I recharged it immediately but I have not get the connections. I repeatedly contacted the toll free number. But they do not responded.Hence, I request you to provide connection as soon as possible.Smart card no.is[protected]....

We have bought sun direct hd dish with above cdsn no [protected] activated with kannada pack. It included hd channels along with other kannada channels validity upto 6 months, but from may 2nd of 2020, we are deactivated with zee kannada channel and we are not even getting zee picture kannada channel. Please mend and facilitate.
