Hi My smartcard number [protected]..Two days back I have recharged the amount of rupees 230. Still i could'nt seen the pictures. If i called the customer care they are not pick up the calls ([protected]) 24x7 number... They are not extended my validity also. Please do the needful..

Complaint marked as Resolved This issue has been solved solved. I have sent an escalation email to the SUN DTH Nodal officer. He asked some details Transaction Date, transaction reference number, etc. After sending these details the issue has been solved and the validity period also extended. Thanks
