[Resolved] Sun Direct — channel not available with the service provider but they are deducting for the packs as normal | |
Mail id of service provider: [protected]@sundirect.in Contact no (Karnataka region): [protected] Date of incident: 09/02/2018 As per the trai rules i have selected a eenadu television - etv hd family pack for 29 rs, in the pacs its offering 7 hd channels but with the service provider they only have one hd channel in that list and if i call customer care and ask them to change it to sd pack they are denied and disconnected my call and even blocked my number. I have attached the sun direct website channel list and dth telugu hd channel available list. Please kindly resolve the issue as this may be only one but channels may not be available with dth companies but they are taking money for what they are not offering, kindly have a check with all the service providers this may be one of a kind while everyone would be facing.
