[Resolved] Sun Direct — channels disconnected | |
I have recharge 45/- on 03.03.19 for two channels activation and channels are also activated on same day. But next day disconnected both channels which i have activated. On this contact to customer care they told that u r dth migrated and 45/- also adjusted in that only. They told again recharge for activating. How can they adjusted that much amount without asking me. Why i am baring that much amount. Kindly guide what i can do? Was this information helpful? | |

I recharged rs.199 with my sun direct DTH via sun direct app through phone or you and Amount debited from my bank account but my recharge dth not done still now and I will attach my bank statement and your mail order id no[protected] please refund my amount to my account

They compule us to pay money to unseen channels and they push us to watching the channels those who we don't want to see. And they doesn't follow the rules of TRAI. They doesn't responsible about my queries due to selection of channels.
