[Resolved] Sun Direct — cheating me by cutting 1 month of my subscription | |||
My smart card number is [protected]. Mob no: is[protected]. I done 12month package on 12th nov 2018. Now it is told expired at 11month. I asked for reason to customer care and they are telling expired due to change in tarrif. How can they change my plan? I had done it for 12 month and they are cheating me by cutting in 11 months. This is a clear cheating by telling 12months package. I am going to file case in consumer court. I have all evidence for this. Please contact me or solve my problem. Smart card no [protected]..My Sun direct account is valid till December but not able to view sun nxt..Getting the msg that my sun direct account is expired..Sent many mails, called their customer care and also posted msg in sun nxt twitter page but the problem is not resolved..Very Disappointed with sun direct
