[Resolved] Sun Direct — E-06 Smart Card Failure | |||
My smart card No is [protected]. For about this one month I am unable to watch any channel due this error. Since then I complained the company several time but till date the problem is not resolved. Since 03 September I am following up the complaint daily and daily I get same words of assurance that your problem will be resolved today only. But till date no body came to resolve the problem. Yesterday after a long request I could speak to one of its senior person and he also told the same words. My recharge amount of this one month and the telephone charge of call on every day is a huge amount which is a loss for me and my family.
