[Resolved] Sun Direct — iam complaining about recharge issues and deactivation | |||
My name is padma. I have recharged my account for 1 year from the original website of sundirectv in 2018 july 18 th of amount 2700 rupees.. After my recharge the local operator activated and iam able to see my channels only for 3 months later it got deactivated, again i contacted the local sundirect operator and he activated... But now my account got deactivared in month of jan 2019.. When i contacted the local operator or customer service toll free number, both failed to solve my problem and they say they have no issue with them and in return asked me to pay additional amount... Which is o[censored]nfair as i already in loss of 1400 rupees from sundirect recharge... Worst service by sundirect network people.. Was this information helpful? | |||
