Dear sirs, I here by forward the grivence which have been forwarded to Sun Direct and request your kind action to have justice to me. With regards, V.Padmanabhan QUOTE Ref: Card number [protected]-- Sun direct T.V Consumer name: V.Padmanabhan. The set top box for the above card number is not functioning properly and we are not able to watch T.V. The signals from set top box get hanged and both signal lights in box become red.I had made on line complaint on 28.02.2016 to your consumer cell and also made complaint via phone. I was promised that the problem will be rectified within 48 hrs time. Yeasterday also I had made complaint to your consumer cell of Chennai. Even after these efforts either any one from your organisation attended the problem nor any update from your end regarding the action taken..This type of service from your end is totaly injustice to the Customer interest. I have also faced such experience one year back from your organisation, and had attended the problem after approaching consumer redressal forum. Therefore you are requested to attend the complaint with out any further delay and solve the problem on an urgent basis. With regards, V.Padmanabhan. The distributor sold me the dth Set top box but mobile number not changed. My set top box number is [protected]. Name.Jawahar. mobile No.[protected].address No.25 Ramnagar Malligai St. P& T Nagar Extn. Anaiyur post. Madurai- 17.mail Id.[protected]@gmail.com . Set top box was distributed by Ragevendra Sun direct madurai
