Sun Direct — Money deducted from bank account but not credited in the sun direct account

I recharged sun direct topup 50 rs in the sun direct website through net banking on 2/12/2020 around 11am. The transaction didn't redirect to the sundirect website page but the amount is deducted from the bank account and the message from the bank is transaction successful.
