[Resolved] Sun Direct — no broadcast-subscription paid and the account has credit balance | |||
1. I am a sun dth customer (Smart card number-xxxxxx62001) who paid my sun dth subscription before sun dth migration on[protected] rs 3600 (And after migration[protected] rs 154). Please see the screenshot of my account online (Attachment) which shows the current subscription ends only in august and also the account has a credit balance of rs. 1207.19. But on april 5, 2019, sun dth called and informed that the subscription ends as of april 6th. We did not receive any broadcast from yesterday (April 6th). When the subscription is paid well in advance and the account has a credit balance, why our broadcast has stopped? I called and talked to your technical service team vignesh, vivek and another ([protected]) and they did three levels of online programming but still we are not getting any broadcast. Could you please fix this issue and start the telecast asap? Also there is spelling mistake in my name on sun dth account. Could you please correct it by replacing the y with an i?
