[Resolved] Sun Direct — no response from customer services

I have made a topup in my balance so that i can activate new plan, but i could not do it. From today morning 8 am to 8 pm i try to contact the customer care but line has been continuously diconnected including miss call alert, toll free and nodal officer. Think that utter failure in customer service. But i have received so many reminders from sundirect to recharge but there is no customer services.

Better door dharsan shall start dish tv we can join them,
