[Resolved] Sun Direct — not able to delete any channel | |||
As per trai regulations, the customer can change channels whenever required. The sun direct app, is only allowing to add channels or packs. There is no provision to delete any channel once added. Pl. Note.in tata sky dth, addition/deletion is possible on realtime basis on line through app.in sun direct, we are forced to pay for channels once added.
