[Resolved] Sun Direct — not getting channels as per what recharge I have done | |||
Dear sir, U I tejusing chavan using sun direct since 2015, i have recharged in the month of november 2018, sports cinem pack but since last 20 days i'm not getting any sports channels, hindi channel and also kannada channels, i called many times to customer care toll free number, land line no. But no body is responding, i send mail to customer care but till date i didn't get any reply from the customer care, hence i request u to solve the issue as early as possible. Card no. Sir. I recharged my sun direct no [protected] on 20thFeb.through my SBI account. for six month pack RS.1059.still i didnt receive.pls take action.thank u.
