[Resolved]  Sun Direct — payment done through upi but not recharged.

I have done the payment of rs. 2779 (Kannada base pack for 1 year) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app
The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.
My sun direct id number is [protected]
Kindly pls look into this.
