Sun Direct — Poor stability & customer service - cheating the customers | |||||
I have activated Sony Six HD channel for IPL. Everynight after 7-8pm, this channel gets blocked and works properly during the day time. I have made multiple calls to Sun direct and their response was pathetic. Finally when they responded, they said that this needs engineer visit and I need to pay 150 Rupees for their Engineer's visit. Why would I pay 150 Rupees for this when the channel cost is 45 Rupees? When I asked for this, their response was pathetic and was keep on saying that their engineer needs to visit in order for rectification. Finally when I asked to escalate this case to their internal authority, they have promised to do it, but it never happened. Today I got a message from them that the problem has been resolved. This is a pure cheating concept which has happened continuously to me. I dont know how they could come to such sort of conclusion.
