[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge done _ activation not happening

Hi i have done the recharge to my smart card number with 500/- and my monthly subscription amount is 460/-. Since morning i have been trying to contact sundirect customer care and the lines all busy. Is it that no one is available since morning to attend the call or ur customer care is shut down permanently.. Hope u understand my frustration.
Worst service of line not getting connected.
