[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge done _ activation not happening | |||
Hi i have done the recharge to my smart card number with 500/- and my monthly subscription amount is 460/-. Since morning i have been trying to contact sundirect customer care and the lines all busy. Is it that no one is available since morning to attend the call or ur customer care is shut down permanently.. Hope u understand my frustration. Worst service of line not getting connected. I am M NARASIMHA NAIK my sun direct CDSN No: [protected] and register mobile no: [protected]. I am recharged 3 months Telugu economy pack and paid Rs. 507/- on 24/01/2018. The pack expiry date is 18/04/2019. Today i. e., 21/02/2019 suddenly you have stopped GEMINI, MAA & ZEE TV packs. Hence, please restore the same or I am complaint the TRAI

I recharged with rs 272 but. My screen is displaying please check your antenna connection.. It is being 1 week so irresponsible from direct after the bill being paid.worst experience. And I talk with one of the customer and they raised the complaint but no response.. Worst.
I recharged stargold channel.but the channel is not coming..I called to customer care they are saying setup box problem.but I already recharged so pls resolve this problem.the smartcard linked mobile num is ..[protected]
