Sun Direct — Recharge made to wrong smart card no online. | |||||
Dear Sir Initially I had SunDirect SD connection later on I changed to HD connection. I have Purchased initially basic package Telugu pack for 5 months from sun Direct Sun shine store, Srinivasa agencies, New Gajuwaka.Vizag on 14.08.14.ref Sl No S01/14 241422 and recharged it by payng Rs 5000/-on 26.11.14. Receipt no is 3535. The smart card Id is [protected]. I have recharged online Rs 3400 to smart card Id no [protected] on[protected] by mistake. Transmission is cutoff from yesterday morning. I have lodged a complaint. This afternoon your customer care person while enquiring the status asked me to check the smart card Id no from the St box. On verification I have realized that I made the recent payment of Rs 3400 to card no [protected] instead of paying to correct smart card no [protected] by mistake. I therefore request you to adjust/transfer the said amount to my correct smart card Id no [protected] and restore the transmission to my home connection forthwith and oblige.
