[Resolved]  Sun Direct — refund of amount

This is Anil Kadiri from mumbai, I done online recharge payment from www.sundirect.in, due to the bad performance of Sun direct payment gateway my transaction was expired then i verified my History payments in my profile account of sun direct and after the confirmation then i did 2nd transaction again.Again it got failed.Then i made call to customer care regarding the failures of transaction. Below are the 2 transaction done from official website but there suggested me to try from Rechargeitnow website.The 3 rd transaction is successful [protected][protected][protected]-- First Transaction : Merchant Order number: WOIWeb[protected]afc8bc68 Transaction Reference Number: CTX[protected] Order Amount: 999.00 INR Transaction Date & Time: Mar 31, 2014 02:47:21 PM [protected][protected][protected]-- Second Transaction : Merchant Transaction :#WOIWEB[protected]b2c75 Transaction Reference Number:CTX[protected] Order Amount:999 INR Transaction Date & Time: Mar 31, 2014 03:33:32 PM [protected][protected][protected]-- Rechargeitnow OrderId SD[protected] Order Amount:999 INR Transaction Date & Time: Mar 31, 2014 15:53 [protected][protected][protected]-- But my amount 2997 was detected from my credit card for all the 3 transaction.i requested the sun direct team to refund the remaining 2 transactions amount But there are not refunding my amount.There are suggested me to keep the amount like this and saying me use after one year. This is not at all fair.Its not my mistake the sun direct payment gateway is not working properly.There taken the request complaint 1-[protected] there have not resolved my issue. now there are saying refunding policy is not there with Sun direct. i request your team to take some action on this and please try to refund my amount back from Sun direct.
