[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Regarding recharge complaint

I recharged sundirect plan for three months through Google pay for Rs 554/__on dated 1June 2021 vide UPI Transaction No[protected] . I spoke to sundirect customer care on 2nd June 21 but they refused that it was not received
After I comp!aimed to my bank as well as google pay. After verifying records it was found that the amount was credited to sundirect
So I requested to you kindly look into the matter and do the needful please
