[Resolved]  Sun Direct — some channels not displaying - no use even after inspection of service engineer - unethical behavior of customer care

I am an user of sun direct from past 18 months. Form the inception the service of the provider is less than worst. Recently i have done my recharge for 3 months. From then the problem is raised again. Called to customer care as usual irresponsive answer. Called local distributor, charged amount and the same problem repeating from 2 days. Customer care busy distributor not picking the phone. Very very worst service providing by the sun direct. I will not suggest to any body to go for this. Very bad and arrogant customer care support.
