Sun Direct — Subscription plan for 3 months but disconnected within 85 days | |||||
My Smart Card No. :[protected] I had bought a subscription plan on[protected] for 3 months paying RS.775/- For Marathi mega shine plan. But they disconnected the network on[protected] which is well with 85 days. I had lost 5 days of subscription. they are cheating their customers.i will talk to customer care executive on live chat.( he told We will provide 30 days for 01 month pack.In April Marati Mega Shine pack amount is Rs. 730 for 03 months, now only we changed the package to Rs. 775. he say Sir, if you recharged with correct denomination then only the three months plan will be automatically activated. Now please recharge Rs. 775 we will activate for your pack directly 03 months . ) but i will already make the payment of Rs 775/- Please help me with this. i would like to get the 5 days of subscription as soon as possible.
