[Resolved] Sun Direct — Sun Direct Amount deducted from Google pay not showing in sun direct transaction history and amount not reflected

I have recharged for 1440 rs to Sun direct from Google pay but amount debited from account but it is not reflected in the sundirect account. I have recharged at 1:45 pm on Oct 19 2021. I tried to call the customer care they are not responding. They are just rude. I feel like it is the worst service. I am regretting for choosing sun direct. Please refund the amount ASAP. Screen shot attached below.
