[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct didn't respond to my call | |
Sir/madem, I am Sun Direct customer. I recharged my wallet with add on package my amount deducted but my wallet was shows zero balance. customer service didn't respond to my call and I recharged it on 16/02/2019 but I didn't get any response from sun Direct. how many days I could wait and their services were really unfair. please respond to my complaint and solve my problem as early as possible . is it necessary to give my smart card number.thanks sir/madem
