[Resolved] Sun Direct — trai regulations are misusing - worst network | |
I have subscribed hd ultra tamil cinema plus sports basic subscription package yearly renewal on 13.07.2018 amount stored rs.5000 @ sundirect. 2 days back i have received one message from sundirect that my plan has been migrated to tamil hd dpo2 plan.in this i got more than 60 hd channels. But now i am receiving only 23 hd channels. For existing customer it must be exception as per trai regulations. We request you to provide existing plan as per my subscription. Cinemat+Sports Package activated on my device. But I cant get all Channels. My Recharge package is formar Package. On that package I get all English Movie Channels. Now cant get Channels.
