I have subscribed hd ultra tamil cinema plus sports basic subscription package yearly renewal on 13.07.2018 amount stored rs.5000 @ sundirect. 2 days back i have received one message from sundirect that my plan has been migrated to tamil hd dpo2 plan.in this i got more than 60 hd channels. But now i am receiving only 23 hd channels. For existing customer it must be exception as per trai regulations. We request you to provide existing plan as per my subscription. Today in my stb no channel was not coming so many times I call the call centre pepole they telling wait 2hours every time call to costumer care i was call they are telling to me same
Can you please take an action solve these problems.

Cinemat+Sports Package activated on my device. But I cant get all Channels. My Recharge package is formar Package. On that package I get all English Movie Channels. Now cant get Channels.
