The smart card no.[protected] name : sujatha i am a customer for the last several years. My recent complaint lodged on 8th this month not attended so far despite so many reminders. This way sundirect may loose their prestige customers which will adversely affect your business. If my complain is not attended today, i shall be forced to switch over to some other service provider.
