[Resolved] Sun Direct — unable to customize and select channels

I' would like to add my channels of my choice but it is taking to me purchase undesired channels which is none of my interest to view. Please give option to purchase own channels to the customers of their choice. Please start your service based on customer centric, but not for own. Hence i'm giving this service score is 3 /10. We done recharge of dth through phonepe it shows that recharge has been successfull but channels aren't coming
