[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Wrong plan activated.

Dear sir/madam,
I'm GUGLAVATH RAMESH, registered with SMART CARD/CDSN NO:[protected].I wish to complain about sundirect activated pack that I have recharged on 6/05/2021(date ) and Gangapur (location of transaction) through phonepay with Rs.229. I am complaining because instead of telugu dpo 1 pack Malayalam economy package is activated.hence I request you to resolve this problem (change my current pack to telugu dpo1 pack).
