Sun Motors — ray z

Hi,
I have purchased yamaha ray z with lot of expectations which delivered on 23rd of august but i am not satisfied with the vehicle which i received. There is lot of vibrations, and there are lot of noise while driving at the speed of 0-20 kms, when i checked with the service centre they are saying all yamaha scooters has issues, it's all about manufacturing principle. Seriously am not satisfied with vehicle received and service. Kindly provide me the solution for this. Thanks in advance.
