Hi Sir/Madam,

I have subscribed for SUN NXT annual premium and the amount got detected from my account (Rs 799) but when I login back with my email address it shows no subscription. I have used my wife apple account to purchase the subscription (nithyahari.[protected]@gmail.com) and used my email Id for account login harisami.[protected]@gmail.com. Please help to me to get subscription or send me the refund to my account.

I have SUN NXT Premium Subscription and I'm using in only 2 devices 1.Mobile (working fine) 2. TV (while I open the app it shows user authentication failed )...

I have opted to auto renewal my sunnext app for contact no.[protected] by user name email id [protected]@gmail.com during 2022,
Now the same has been auto renewed on 31st March 2023 and amount deducted in my bank account Rs.799/- (My actual expiry date is 2nd April, 2023)
On 1st April i edited my phone number [protected] against [protected] in the sunnxt app..
Now it is seen that again my amount Rs.799/- debited in my bank account auto on 1st April;2023.
I already applied for auto withdrawn and the same has not been taken into account.
Sir kindly arrange to refund my extra payment on 1st april, 2023 and kindly inform the fact please

I paid the subscription amount of 799 at 5:51 p.m. and since Paytm failed, I again paid 799 at 5:45 p.m. today. However to my surprise my Sunnxt has been recharged till 5th March 2024. Since both the recharges which were shown as failed ones have been successful, I request refund one recharge of Rs. 799 back to the originating card of payment.

My subscription detail is not updated, payment is successful deducted 799 yearly premium subscription plan but in account under subscription it is showing user is not subscribed.hence i am not able to access any premium video

Though i am a premium member who joined on 28/10/22
i am unable to watch any movie. for the past three weeks
I am asked to pay again the subscription.

When i tried to press play i am asked to pay the subscription again.

I have been a long-standing customer of SunNxt for 2 years paying 499 plan to watch SunNxt on my TV. Despite the badly designed TV app in comparison to Prime or Netflix (this app cannot even seek video to a specific time on the TV app), I was adjusting and using it anyway.

Earlier this year SunNxt added a new plan for 799 and this year when I paid for my usual plan as I have paid the past 2 years for 499. However, the app stopped working on my TV and I have not been communicated that now only the higher plan allows me to use SunNxt on the badly designed TV app. So I called customer support and they told me to cancel and pay for the higher plan. I canceled and I was refunded only ~420 as they retained the remaining and said it's GST. I then had to pay 799 for the higher plan. For me, this is a loss and a huge disappointment that they discontinue the TV usage feature on the 499 plan without telling customers. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com. Feel free to get in touch with me if you'd like to do some justice and return the money you unfairly retained.

And more importantly, I hope you give customers value for money to justify the price increase. At-least if you had fixed the issues on the TV app but till today you have not (cannot forward and rewind easily till today which amazon, netflix and even low players like Viu have figured out). Looking forward to having my issue resolved.

I have downloaded SUNNXT app on my iPhone also renew subscription for 1 year but still i am not able to watch program for more than 10 minutes its coming out without any error or message.

I hv paid required subscription thrice through amazon e shopping to avail services of Sun NXT .The amount has been debited from my account & transferred to Sun NXT . I hv constantly following up via prescribed email id of Sun NXT.But it is sad to mention that neither services nor any response received from Sun NXT team. Pl note my registered mobile no as [protected]. Pl follow up with concerned to get either activation of account or refund money paid towards subscription. Pl reapond soon.

I recently tried to upgrade my basic subscription to premium subscription and for that i had paid 799 through razorpay merchant where the payment was successful ( trans id - pay_KLgL7WMuSwnGuM) on @4th Sep 2022 14.36.21 PM. even after multiple follow ups via email ([protected]@sunnxt.com) on 24 sep 2022, 1 oct 2022 3 oct 2022 no response was received.

I had taken the Sun NXT Subscription and i changed the TV and Phone and but iam unable to login to the Sun NXT it is showing that the iam using in the multiple Devices, but i have only two devices and both and logged out and unable to login, please resolve the issue my login id is,

Mostly showing poor network... But internet speed is more than 50 Mbps.

Not a good app for LG TV.

All other apps such as Aha, netflix, amazOn, sonylive, zee5, disney are running fine and this sunnxt is not playing
