I had an active sun direct plan even sun NXT is asking for subscription I called for customer care they said it work on only 6 months sun direct plans only for sun direct customers it it right

      I subscribed sunnxt app last month and still now not able to watch live channel or movie in my tv and my internet connection is very good and speed is 150mbs. I can able to see other apps like Hotstar and Amazon prime movie without any issue. Made several time informed or write email to sunnxt, but they informed me that the issue has beeen resolved, but so far the still exist, please take action and my login I’d is [protected].

        Please note that the upi payment is debited from my account which has to be refunded (18 Sep 22 - afternoon)

        The current active account is done through my debit card. (18 Sep 22 - evening)

        Please initiate the refund of the upi payment that was done the same day in the afternoon.

                              Money got debited from my account but subscription not happened

                              From my phone ( [protected]) I have paid subscription Rs.799/- for sunnxt annual subscription. The Amount got debited from UPI account. Please find attached details. I would request you to either activate my subscription or return the money back in to my UPI account....

                                    Last 3 digits of my Sun direct DTH card are =877
                                    I have made my recharge, but unable to watch videos on Sunnxt mobile app (It shows subscription expired error) Same is working fine on sunnxt desktop website. Please check and rectify the app.
