      Hi Team,

      I opted for one year subscription by paying 480/- through credit card and the payment was successful.
      But when I login to my profile, it is showing as not subscribed.
      I raised a complaint (Og: 42093) through email, but no response from Sunnxt even after repeated follow ups.
      Hence request you to provide either the subscription or my money back.

            I have subscription for 3 month.when i try to login it is saying your id is not allowed for current location. when i login through mobile data i am able to login

                              My usr ID for Sun Nxt it [protected]@sitconmep.com. The sun nxt app is not working and when I try to login its showing that "the registered ID already reached maximum login kindly reregister from one or more device". Actually I delete the app from my mobile and now its only in my TV. So kindly resolve this issue.

                                The sun nxt app is not working in my mobile and showing that the registered number already reached maximum login kindly reregistered from one or more device. Actually I have not registered this app other than my mobile no other device is connected with this kindly sort this issue to activate the app in mobile
