I couldn't log in...

Hi Team,

I opted for one year subscription by paying 480/- through credit card and the payment was successful.
But when I login to my profile, it is showing as not subscribed.
I raised a complaint (Og: 42093) through email, but no response from Sunnxt even after repeated follow ups.
Hence request you to provide either the subscription or my money back.

I’ve purchased a subscription of rupees 49 but an amount of total 197 has been debited from my account!
Will my amount be refunded or kimdly provide me an alternative...

I have subscription for 3 month.when i try to login it is saying your id is not allowed for current location. when i login through mobile data i am able to login...

We are the subscribers of sunnext, today again we recharge our subscription, our Android phone and TV are updated and when we are giving the subscription details the tv and mobile show as follows...

My Sun nxt app is not working its showing ur sun direct recharge Dth is expired but all ready I recharged my sun direct bt I cnt login ......

I already recharged my sundirect but sunnxt it's showing ur plan as expired recharge its not working.....

I have sun direct dtg. Card number[protected]. P harinath babu registered. But sun next app asking please subscribe monthly plan's, why showing this type...Whose have sun direct dtg, they have free sun next app also. But what halen...It's asking monthly plan....

The sun nxt app is not working and when I try to login its showing that "the registered ID already reached maximum login kindly reregister from one or more device". Actually I delete the app from my mobile and now its only in my TV. So kindly resolve this issue....
