I forgotten my password n asking for otp to change password but its not responding..i was unavailable to receive any otp i was try for many more times but still not.. iwas literally feeded up n very bad doing like this..check complaints plsss

      I have paid the annual subscription of the SUN NXT in paytm portal at 07 Mar 2021 at 9:23 AM. But my plan was not activated in my account even if have paid the fees.

        Issue is... I already hv an account..., My smart box is problem... So i buy an new connection (new account)...
        Now when i try to login in sunxt...itz showing results about my old account... And suggestioning about new plans... Wt can i do now...
        Pls help me to solve this issue sir...

                    I have received a message which stated that 130/- has been deducted from my account. But I unsubscribed the app 2 months ago.
                    This is just not right.
                    Please do the needful as soon as possible.
                    Quick response to this matter will be appreciated.
                    I'm expecting a refund because the glitch is from ur side.

                      I'm unable to login to my sun nxt account. There are no users except mine, but still it is showing to multiple users are registered and to deregister in one of the device to login. Could you provide the solution.

                        Hello,
                        I have accepted auto renewal on my credit card for SUN NXT after 2-3minths I unsubscribed the app.still money gets deducted from my card every month.I reached my bank customer service they asked me to contact app for cancellation or delete the card so new card is provided.This is the solution from bank.There is no way I can contact the app customer care as there is no option available in the app.Please make sure my money won't be deducted from now on.It's already been 3 mints past my unsubscription and I'm loosing money every month.thisnis a serious consumer issue I think severe action need to be taken as I'm not the only one facing this issue.

                            My account showing no active subscriptions and every month they deducting money from my account using my debit card without informing . stop the auto deduct and cancel my account .

                            To cancel auto renewal also showing no option in my account, so they are misusing my debit card.
