SunDirect DTH — incorrect details updated for smartcard | |||||
I took a new hd connection from sundirect dth on 12th september 2018 and provide the driving licence as address proof. The technician made the mistake updated our mobile number for other customer smart card number. So i have received the other customer card details and which created while top-up for 3200 for annual recharge done to wrong smart card number. When i contacted the customer care they provide the bangalore distributor number but after many followups also the distributor cannot locate the other customer address information and mobile number. This is very worst incorrect details in sundirect database creating many issue for customers. Please take action against sundirect dth company for not maintaining correct customer database.
