SunDirect DTH — Recharge Done but channels are not activated DTH issue | |
Every month When I recharge the sun direct DTH, after recharge, I need to make a call to them to activate the channels. This time it was the worst experience. I recharged the DTH on 3rd November from their Sundirect app. After 3 hours I called them to activate the recharge plan. They have raised a complaint and said that 24hrs-48hrs, this problem will be cleared After 24hrs again I called them (this time new person) and he said that he u r complaint is open it'll take 24hrs-48hrs.. we regret for the inconvenience. after 72 hrs, on 6th November, again I called them, now another person took the call and said u r previous complaint is not solved and it was closed. He created another complaint and he said within 15min to 2hrs, this issue will be solved. After 2 hrs, I called them.. now another girl. Now she was saying, Somebody opened a new complaint about your issue and this will be resolved in 24hrs-48hrs not in 15 min to 2 hours. somebody misguided you, sorry for the inconvenience. Still the issue is not solved. I don't know whom to approach.. How silly is this...? I paid the amount clearly and the recharge was successful. Even to every customer care person, I shared my Transaction ID also. Please reply back and let me know how to deactivate this DTH connection... Really worst service by SunDirect DTH.
