SunDirect DTH — recharged twice and money deducted but couldn't get the channels connected

I recharged my sun direct dth twice one is on 16/05/2020 8.16 pm i received top up confirmation message with rs 219 to my phone but channels were not coming then i did recharge again on 17/05/20 with rs 219 again but unfortunately my money deducted both time but my channels not connected i was contacted customer service more than 7 times to solve this mut i totally disappointed with their service they didn’t help me with this issue then i recharged with an agent again then the channels are connected so i lost my money which is i had recharged twice before my smart card number[protected]
