SunDirect DTH — repeated signal problem e 48_32 | |||
I have purchased the sundirect connection for more than a decade. But now a days the signal problem, service issues have occuring repeately. It seems the service lost the image or looting the people money by structreing the bad service or signling issue. Its is very sad to write here that the company is charging the customer for same problem occuring because of their service fault or signal fault again and again and making the customers dissatisfied with the dth service. The company service dealers, techinicians, customer care are a such a pathetic worst behaviour peraonalities never give proper solution or proper response. I fed up of calling these customer care for the service issue and techinicians who always ready charge 150 bucks each time in a month for same problem again and again and the customer care people says its company rule by that only they make service. Such a worst service provider. Please find the service compalints lodged in a month about just 15 days gap for same problem, again charge for service. Sr[protected]. Jan 7 2019 Sr[protected]. Jan 26 2019 For same signling or signal alaingnment or satillite issue etc again and again just for the sake of service charges of 150bucks each time. Please take necessary suitable strict action agaist this dth provider who looting the people money in the name of service ans making the customers dissatisfied with such a bad and pathetic service. Please do something so that other customers and service providers will waken up for better service. I wish to deactivate this bloody dth service and file a suit for this type cheating to customers.
