SunDirect DTH — unresponsive customer service | |||
I am trying to reach sundirect customer service to find solution to following mentioned difficulties that i am facing: 1. I want to change by base package and accordingly i chose the amount and recharged through sun direct app, still it is saying that i have to personally call the customer care and need to request them to change the base package. But no one is responding from sun direct team. 2. I wanted additional channels, thus i am trying to recharge through the bouquets available in the app and i am unable to do so. Tried reaching the team a lot many times but no response. How do i get my issue sorted. This is the second time i am escalation sundirect dth teams response. It is a very horrible situation. Hi my CDN no:[protected] i activated zee prime pack telugu hd pack on 20/06/19, but zee telugu hd was not coming after complain again they activated that channel from my account unnessesary why i have to activate a channel twice in a month they are suggest to speak&complain again ill complaing to consumerforum also... if not refund my money...
