SunDirect DTH — wrongly charged amount | |||
Respected Sir, In sundirect DTH, that have separate rules to SETUPBOX and Remote, if remote internal problem thay change the remote free of cost. But internal problem in SETUPBOX thay cannot change free if cost, collecting fee as thay norms. I contacted sundirect customer care, The representative who talk to me said that the rules of our company we follow. Please note of this and take necessary action on this complaint.
