[Resolved] Sundirect — money deducted from my account | |||||
While reacharging on my sundirect dth number ([protected]) an amount of 169 is credited from my account. The amount is credited but the reacharge of dth is failed. The possible case is done at 14-may - 2018. So when i call at customer care they told me to send my bank details to the above gmail id.. Please transfer the amount as soon as possible Transaction details:- Transaction id :- s10913822 Transaction no:- 2018051423133932188701 Today when i call at sundirect customer care.. They are saying i didn’t reacharge my account at the date (14-may-2018). So i just send every details to the customer care.. But there is no solution regarding the problem... The customer service is too worst... They can’t able to identify what the customer problem and they are taking too much time to solve the problem. Worst service i ever seened.
