I have installed sun DTH.
The amount has been deducted, but the star vijay HD channel are not being displayed. Getting the same system message E48-32.
After that I have recharged for the single channel ( Star vijay HD). That also showing same error message.
The amount transaction has been made through sun direct site in quick recharge. Amount payment is done by giving online transaction.. The amount deducted and the deduction transaction is seen under app.

I have already mailed through sundirect customer care. But they are not responding till now.
