Sundirect Tv — Got debited but recharge not reflected on tv

I got debited for purchasing my fta pack (58rs including GST) but recharge never occurred...none of the channels were available. I then purchased a sundirect bouquet thinking it could solve something...got debited for that too and still it didn’t get recharged.Tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no use as nobody is picking calls at their centre.Please refund my money or resolve the issue.If pack doesn’t exist, help me change the pack
