Sundirect Tv Complaints & Reviews

I got debited for purchasing my fta pack (58rs including GST) but recharge never occurred...none of the channels were available. I then purchased a sundirect bouquet thinking it could solve something...got debited for that too and still it didn’t get recharged.Tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no use as nobody is picking calls at their centre.Please refund my money or resolve the issue.If pack doesn’t exist, help...

I have recharged with Telugu DPO1 package with 212 amount. But the channels related to etv and maa tv are not getting telecasted.issue persists for more than 45 days. I have contacted the customer care multiple times but of no avail. Moreover they asking me to pay 150 rs for their support person to look into the issue which is purely a software issue. I would like to have money refunded since I'm are using the services provided by them....
