My name is Suresh Babu based in Hyderabad and I have been using Sunflame Chimney from last three years. The buttons for changing the options is not working since one year and I have been contacting Sunflame service centre several times, but no response. I have made more than 50 calls and they always been lying every time. I have contacted the manager who is also irresponsible and they are not even taking my calls. The rude behaviour and lying every time has delayed using my kitchen chimney & spoiled my kitchen due to no ventilation. Now I urge you to resolve this and have compensation to me for this delay. They have started manipulating now and they are not showing my complaint number anymore.

    Hello, i am riya from saharanpur, i am highly disappointed with the services provided by your company, i have the worst experience with you. Its been more than a month that i have complaint about the product, and no one showed up to fix the complaint. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Please take care of your customers else you will lose uour customer.

      Sir my jmg was in warranty and same i deposited for repair. Your csd autorisised delear of missimari mr prangal mob[protected] has taken in dec 01. Firstly i have to wait for his arrival at csd and atlast jmg has taken for repair. The items yet not returned. A electronic items repair 05 days or six days but i am in wait o[censored]r service. I need assisstence to gwt my jmg mixer back so i can repair from local market. So plz retun my jmg so i can get it back

        Hi team,

        I bought a gas stove from amrit traders on 3 february, 2019 and it's not working fine. Now it's been more than 2 weeks i have raised the concern but it hasn't been acknowledged yet.

        1. First engineer came and told this stove needs to be replaced as it might create a risk of death.

        2. Second engineer came and told this requires some repair.

        Why should need to repair my gas stove?

        It is my brand new product and this needs to be replaced without questions asked. I have told the engineer to replace my gas stove and he denied. Who is he to deny me about the product to be replaced.
        I need to escalate this issue to highest priority.

        Agree totally. I just purchased a gas stove 2 months back. It started giving me problem. The repair engineer says that we have to replace the burner. How can an ISI company have a defective burner ?? and need to be replaced within 2 months? Isnt this sufficient to say that product is defective and needs to be replaced?????

          I have bought gt pride glass top gas stove 3 burner on 28/1/19, now it has sever complaint in one knob is over heated. I requested service one week before but nobody attend the case till now. The product is under warranty. I contacted several time to their customer care they promised to get service but till now nobody attend the complaint. So kindly do the needful

            Blast in glass top of sunflame gas stove
            While cooking food in sunflame gas burner, the glass top sunddenly burst into small pieces and 2 of our family members were hit by those glass pieces as we were standing in kitchen. This happened in presence of all family members and have photographs as evidence. Also on further research i have come to know that this is a common problem with glass top stoves of sunflame, sunflame is still selling these stoves, knowing fully that this can cause major accidents which can even lead to death.

            I want to get it replaced.

            Never ever purchase sunflame glass stove.
            Very bad service.

                    I am owner of sunflame four burner cook top.
                    On 25.02.2019 while using the sunflame cooktop for cooking dinner, the glass top exploded with a loud bang.

                    Shards and pieces of glass were shot out at high speed due to the explosion and the person cooking was saved from serious injury due to the thick clothing worn.
                    The cook could have lost her eyesight if the glass had traveled up wards.
                    It appears that your sunflame glass top cook top suffers from some inherent defect which makes it dangerous for use.
                    I request you to enquire into the possibility of manufacturing or design defect and make required changes to the design/material.

                      I'am mrs. Kiran chadha from pune. I brought sunflame 4 burner gas stove from maharashtra electronics corporation, mg road next to chandan store, camp, pune - 411001.
                      Description of goods: sunflame c/t 4br spectra plus purchased on 12 jan 2019.,
                      A defective piece was delivered to me and without rings with rusted burners and defective stands. I complained immediately to the dealer of maharashtra electronics, pune but till today (26 february 2019) they have not exchanged the gas stove, instead they have delayed the entire process and are keeping me waiting for the same.
                      Sunflame being a branded company has sold defective goods to me and your associated dealer maharashtra electronics, pune-01 has been delaying the entire process even today. This is a horrible customer service as well as sales of goods.
                      I would really want the managers to look into the matter as i'am tired of contacting customer service executives as they do not work to solve the problem.
                      I hope sunflame manager would take immediate action on this.
                      Please look into the matter and revert back as the defective product is in warranty period.

                        Though warranty period is over, still, i want to inform that, earlier, i have purchased and used two sunflame ss body lpg stoves to my entire satisfaction. Now, i have purchased 3rd sunflame '3 burner' lpg glass cooktop on 06.05.2015. On its initial use, its big burner started giving gas back problem. The main problem was that its [big burner's] flame was making every utencil black from outside bottom even by using new refill cylinder. Surprisingly, said problem could not be settled/ removed despite repeated checks and repairs carried out by your service engineer during the warranty period of the product for the reason not known to me. As the above said problem is still continuously going on due to which we are very much dis-satisfied, hence, i request your goodself to extend warranty poriod of above said "sunflame '3 burner' lpg glass cooktop" purchased by me on 06.05.2015 from your sole distributor viz; mahajan electronics, dharamshala road, gaggal, tehsil & distt. Kangra [h. P.], vide, cash memo no. 11071, dated 06.05.2015, with the instructions to your service engineer of kangra distt. Of himachal pradesh to check and repair above said cooktop carefully and properly so that we may be able to use our favourite brand's cooktop with pleasure as per our earlier use of two ss body lpg stoves of sunflame brand.

                          This is 3rd time we have seen problem

                          1) bolts were removed on initial product itself.
                          2) fire came from the bottom of the stove
                          4) gas leakage

                          I have called the manoj enterprises for the resolution. They will only give false promises at the time of purchase saying, we will take care of everything.
                          Once you paid the amount, its gone. They do not care anything about the product.

                          Since its very harmful product, not sure how isi approved sunflame.

                          This is 3 rd time i have seen problems the with stove.

                            My first complaint on 26th jan 2019 on [protected]@sunflame.com & given multiple reminders after that.

                            Hi,

                            I purchased this product from the banasankari, bangalore dealer, mr. Nagarjuna in nov 2018 (Two months ago).

                            Two problems -
                            *the burner plate has already got rust
                            *burner plate rubber bush has come off

                            Rusting of burner plates is a serious problem. I have never seen that with premium products and i have previously owned a few. Shockingly, your service centre tells me that rusting of burner plates is normal. He said even rubber bush coming off is normal. Your dealers did not inform us that rusting of burner plates is normal with premium sunflame products.

                            I would like sunflame company to confirm to me if product delivered to me is defective or if rusting is normal with most premium range of sunflame burners.

                              Sunflame gas burner - company installation - incomplete and risky!
                              I bought the sunflame 2-burner on february 08, 2019 from vijay sales ghatkopar mumbai. Sunflame company technician himanshu came to do installation on saturday 9th february. Instead of giving 1.5 meter hose pipe he used 16 inch hose pipe for connection as he didn’t have one. Moreover he did not put the clips on both ends to hold the pipe which is very risky as the hose can separate from burner causing unnoticed gas leaks. On telling him he was to come on sunday. Tried calling customer care/ technician over 20 times. As of now tuesday no resolution and i don’t want to rusk using it. Very difficult to reach out customer care and they said no technician available/on leave etc. So frustrating. Please escalate. Thanks

                                I bought sunflame burber from vijay sales ghatkopar. Delivered on feb 8th 2019 friday. Technician himanshu came on 9th to connect - service charge rs.350 + rs.250 for hosepipe total rs.600 which i paid cash. He put a 15 inch hose pipe with no clamps on both ends despite requesting 1.5 meters tube. He saud will come back with it as he didn’t have that. I cannot move the burner away from the gas valve or use it. After repeated calls over 15 times to company customers care and tech and complaining about the problems no one has showed up till today feb 12 2019!
                                Same reply - technicians are on leave or no one is in your area! First of all cannot reach customer care easily. So frustrating can someone look into this

                                  Never buy this product i have complaint about my gas burner hob which is being getting problem any now and then this company engineers and service centre are abusive hungry for money and their main number never register a complaint and tell us to mail at customer are this is a wreck company. And never worth a penny or purchase

                                  We are not here to listen abusing language from the service center of rohini employees mister jha, rajesh and satish

                                  They are not picking the phone thereafter and using the abusive language.

                                  I tried to call the number given of faridabad lady +[protected]not ready to listen the complain and forward the call without evening listening to issue. Surrinder picks up the call never register a gas chula complaints. Rather he want me to complain about the service centre to this email id and disconnected the phone.

                                  Thisis a fraud company who do not know how tot reat to the customer or do the customer care after sales.

                                  I will go to all social media, consumer court and police for the help.

                                  This clearly shows i have purchased on 22 feb 2018 company is just passing the warranty period so that they can extort money from the customer.

                                  There is no help from any helpline numbers

                                  Can you please tell

                                  Why no follow up was given by the engineer who visited the the home and wanted 500 rupees to fix the gas when its in warranty,

                                    Newly purchased stove is leaking. The product is under warranty..

                                    We purchased gas stove from csd canteen.. We have checked the information of authorised service center in chennai which is not available clearly in websites

                                      I didn't get any responses from service centre jaipur regarding service.
                                      The gas stove glass is broken during routine cooking and i got injured due to some glass.
                                      Its sunflame crystal plus 3 burner gas stove. Its was purchased on feb 2018.
                                      Can you tell me why this was happened?

                                      From side corners all parts are broken. From upper part now it seems white glass with rough surface.
                                      Please help me.

                                      My sunflame 3 burner gas was blasted while my wife was making food..it was very scary ...the glass shattered and the pieces were spilled all over ... thank God my wife is safe...such a poor quality product..not expected from a brand like sunflame..can anyone resolve the issue..tried every number but no one is responding..

                                        I'm a customer of pune, an iron product were purchased. Within a 3-4 months iron got problem. The product were then given to respected care centre of sunflame services which is within warranty period. Today 2 months completed till it is in repairing. This is the worst service i got from sunflame product.
                                        I kindly request you to look after these condition which is unfaithful towards customer.
