I had purchased "sf ss gas stove spectra 3b ss" from sangeeta steel house (surat, gujarat) on date of 27 june 2018 after using 13 days on 11 july 2018, stove is burning from bottom, most part of the stove get burned. There might be some big accident could happen, so i approached to company for replacement but the seller denied for replacement .

So i request you to consider my problem regarding replacement of gas stove. As soon as possible.

The bill details and burn gas stove image is attached.

    Bought new gas 4 burner on 18th june. It’s not working since the day i bought. Did 100 calls till day no proper response. First no one lifts the call it’s goes on ringing then if someone does they transfer your cal without listening to u and it’s goes on hold for more than half hour.       Our service franchise is visited no problem found in cooktop . cooktop glass has been changed. complaint closed.
      My sunflame glass top burst into pieces on 26.5.18 after cooking luckily no one was near the stove.

      We made some roti and having our breakfast when that noice came from our kitchen.

      I was shocked, glass pieces were all over the kitchen also fell into some food which we carefully disposed.
      Juicer mixer grinder (supreme) purchased from 41 Rhino CSD on
      13 Mar 18 found defective its motor as it needed replacement. Item deposited n complaint lodged at customer services in Jorhat Assam. In spite of repeated requests no action taken by HO Sunflame Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Plot No.58, Sec 27C Mathura Road Faridabad, Haryana-121003.
      I purchase sunflame gas stove on 16/07/2018 but there is some leakage of gas in the knob

        Sunflame cooker hood amaze 60 auto clean dx chimney glass top got broken on feb 4th. From 6th feb we have kept calling sunflame they told with in 10 days we will get glass and fix it. Till now that 10 days did not completed. I started mailing them from april 2nd 2018 on 9th may technician came to see what is the issue, they told they will fix the glass top with in a week or 10 days but till now no one turned up. We are calling them constantly but everytime they say it takes another 1 week to get the glass top. First service center did not do well it seems so in april mid they gave the service center to different agency. This complaint is from hyderabad, complaint number 215. How many times i mail them still no response.

            I purchased the sunflame glass cooktop 4 months back. While cooking vegetables, the glass on the Cooktop suddenly bursted and small pieces of glass injured the face.

            Thank god the injury was small but it could hit the eyes as well. This is big quality issue in Sunflame glass Cooktop. Request you to please replace it with a new steel Cooktop

              I purchased chimney innova auto clean from shri krishna enterprises saharanpur vide bill dt 18.4.18 alongwith burner. The shopkeeper promised to get the chimney within 24 hrs and told that company representative mr pandey will contact you. I have the worst expeience during last 3 days. None of the person from company contacted and despited repeated call no one attended. Now we are being asked to pay rs 1000/1500 for installation of chimney. I have already conveyed my bad experience to number of persons in my contact. The chimney is lying at site. I thought the company to be of big repute but my experience is very bad.

                I had purchased a sunflame legend mixer grinder (Serial no 15emj05364) from army csd canteen on dated 05 april 2016, the mixer stopped working suddenly,
                So i approached sun enterprises, gandhinagar, bholakpur, secundearbad 50003. For service on 3 feb 2018, they checked / inspected by technician and as per him motor winding burnt/not working and due to warranty date is available upto 05 april 2018 it is serviced or replaced free. They received the item receipt no -383. And the delivery date given as 24 feb 2018 as per receipt.
                On 26 feb 2018, i've got call from agency that due to our neglegency, the wiring had burnt inside and the motor winding is ok, the technician advised to change wiring inside first and if it works ok or else bring back to sun enterprises they will putup the case in head office and then they will respond.

                Till now no action done, sevice engineer inspected and told that wiring fully burnt, but i myself opened it and found that no wiring burnt inside only motor winding burnt.please refer images.

                  I have bought rotimaker on 4th december 2017.
                  I have complaint so many times from past one month (exactly from 9th march 2018) regarding rotimaker heating panel issue via mail on mail id [protected]@sunflame.com. I have not get any call from sunflame regarding my issue.
                  Sunflame having worst customer service.

                  First of all rotimaker which i brought is faulty from day one.My first complain is about indicator issue, which is solved by your service person. After servicing new issue arises as rotis are not cook properly. Indicator get off fastly, so temperature is not maintain correctly and rotis were half cooked. Not even single roti get cooked properly.
                  It is company's fault that they are selling such faulty product and not replying to mail after certain limit.Last time I have send entire conversion with sunflame via mail, even that no one replied to my mail.

                  Last mail i had received from sunflame is as below,

                    Hi all this is just a information that never purchase any of the sunflame product as their after sales service is just pathetic and even worse than pathetic i can say, you struggle weeks to get the complaint logged (As their customer care number always remains busy no matter what and local service center does not respond to the calls) and once after all the struggle you get a complaint number they take it weeks to attend that complaint with a possible poor service they can offer and the good thing is you have no option to escalate this to any official as they don't answer calls at all

                        Amaze auto clean model not installed properly joints full of tapes oftenleading to air leakage in kitchen twelve to fifteen times in a a year complaint lodged but complaint not being attended properly and nearly five to six complaint has to be made and after that a person who attends does not solve the problems attention required urgently this is the 3rd time i am complaining here but no action has been taken to solve the issue really worried about buying this advanced model

                          Installation is very poor and only flimsy gum tapes are used for joining the parts which looks clumsy and tapes are worn out and air leaks in joints can be felt if you keep hand. Wewant a replacement for this chimney. More than 4 times we have called the service person and still defect not rectified. We require proper robust engineering solution which is long lasting.

                            With due respect i would like to say that i am a subscriber of sunflame pvt. Ltd. These subscriber name was mr. Prosenjit roy and docket no is 18nc70 on 19/03/2018. My residence address is vill - halisahar jadunath bati, p. O - malancha, dist : north 24 pgs, pin - 743135 (W. B), city - kolkata,

                            I inform you sir that i bought a sun-flame 3 burner glass top gas oven from gas oven house at kanchrapara on 21/06/2017. But after cooking in the afternoon i can see that the gas burner has become red spot around on 18/03/2018. Then in the evening i went to the shop at kanchrapara and i told about the gas burner. The shop owner provide me a number on sunflame service center. These no is [protected]. Next day i am calling these no and i told about this problem. She hear and she gave me a docket no and it has been said from the service center that within one week, an engineer will visit to your home.

                            Technician visited to my home in the evening on 23/03/2018. These technician name was arjit banik and his phone no is [protected]. At first he saw this problem then he replied me that do not wear this issue on your warranty card of sunflame. Even he gave me a phone no of manager who's name is subhadra. This phone no is [protected]. He told me that do not wear this issue on your warranty card of sunflame but told me that changes in color are not covered in the warranty card where it is written?

                            Before i am calling to shyamnagar service center of sunflame. This no is [protected]. Madam receive the phone and she told me that within one week your problem has been solve but i am not sure then i am calling head-office of sunflame at haryana. These no is[protected] but i am no response also i am calling rekha madam at approx 11:30 am to 12:00pm. She receive the phone and she told me that your's problem has been solved now on saturday but no response from shyamnagar service center of sunflame from morning to noon. That's why i repeated call again rekha madam but she can't receive my phone even she reject my call. I am waiting within one week but company's employer no response till now today

                            You will return my money of 9945/- only.

                            If you don't solve my problem then i want to force a decesian that sunflame pvt company is very very fraud and cheat.
                            I sent my complaint to the consumer forum.

                                I had purchased a sunflame cooking range on 8 dec. 2017. On 13 feb 2018, the regulator knob of the oven broke and since then i have been unable to use the oven. I complained to darshan services, diva, mumbai on that date but they are unable to replace the part on the excuse o[censored]navailability of the part. I was even informed by the service centre that since i had waited so long for replacement, a couple of weeks/months more should not bother me. My complaint number was only assigned on 23 feb. 2018. It is d[protected]. Kindly help to resolve the issue. The toll free helpline number of sunflame is not working, and i really do not know what i can do about this issue.

                                  The Regulator/Knob of one of the burner is struck and is not functioning.
                                  I called up to CC, they did responded to my complaint first time and sent the field engineer /executive to check.

                                  On Visit the FE said there will be part replacement and asked for tax invoice, which was not provided to us during purchase from dealer, only payment receipt was given to us.Now the dealer's shop is closed permanently and we can not get copy of tax invoice.

                                  I explained this to the FS's and mailed CC many time asking for update, but are not not acknowledging my emails.
                                  Its been more than 8 day's and know i want to escalate the issue to higher authority and also will raise a complaint to consumer forum govt of India.

                                    My mixer grinder is in warranty and at present it is not working i complained to services engineer he talked me in very rough language and denied to visit and said told me to bring the product to service centre which is in bareilly and i live in pilibhit. While i have a iron of bajaj company & when i faced a problem in my iron the engineer visite my home he took the iron repaired and returned it. So if the company is unable to give service than who will buy your products.

                                      Sir, we hv bought sunflame 4 burner gas stove glass cooktop on 17/10/17. It's first burner didn't worked properly from the starting week only, the flame used to flicker n the burner used to sound alot. It stops working sometimes. The product we received was also slightly broken from the corner. The glass of the stove was broken. Now today suddenly one of the switch of the burner popped out of the stove along with the spring. We can't find any nut or screw there. Highly disappointed with the product from your company. Now the stove has turned into no use. Kindly help me in same n expect u to do so soon.
