This has referred to the following incident:
*on 28th of jun - request has been made to the customer care for the installation of the chimney.
*on 29th of jun i was intimated by mail for the address and complied on the same day by mail.
*on 30th jun customer care addressed to the concerned franchise for the installation.
*after above activities all remained silent and again i mailed to customer care to treat this issue as most urgent.
*on 9th july again i had to call the customer care service no. And it was assured by the executive for the installation of the chimney by 11th of this month as if my problem has been solved.
*but, till date no response is received and yet the installation is pending.
Under such circumstance, now it is a great question for me to whom should i contact for this mere job. If it is impossible in your part to execute this then deny. I would think for the alternative. And it seems that i have already committed a blunder to choose your company.

Since last two days we have been trying to reach customer care and service centers but no one is interested in even listening the problem
The cooktop we purchased last year is making having gas leakage.
The chimney was installed on 27 07 2017. Since then we could not operate it. While we switch on the apparatus the section fuse is cut off due to short circuit . We have contacted the mechanic who installed the chimney, but he did not turn up until now. We request you to make arrangements to get the defect rectified without delay.

      I have purchased an emergency rechargeable lantern from m/s a. R. Electricals at bhagirath palace chandani chowk on 14/06/2017. But after recharging it at home for almost 24hours, it didnt work at all.
      On 8th july i visited the dealer to replace it but he denied to do so and asked to contact the company.
      So it is my humble request to replace the defected piece without repairing as i have paid for the new one not for the repaired one.
      Hoping for a favorable reply from an esteemed company.

      The sunflame ceiling fan purchased by me in the year 2015 requires repairs. The service of your rep is not upto the mark. He refused to repair the fan which is laying in his custody for the last 15 days. Since the summer season is in the full swing and scorching heat increased day by day. Requested to redress the complaint as early as possible.

        Had purchased this gas in february 2017. On 24th of june the tempered glass platform on the gas started cracking all of a sudden while food was being cooked. It completely shatered in 10 mins time. (Please check pictures) i placed complaint with amazon the same day. I was aksed to contact sunflame. I spke with your emplyee mr. Anand on [protected] the same day. He had told me that they will replace the gas. Today it has been almost 15 days and i am still waiting for any reply from them, i have been following almost everyday but still no action has been taken.
        My request now is that please look into this and get the whole gas replaced instead of only the glass.

          We bought this product as we were using sun flame gas top earlier for past 8 years (At that time no fancy glass top) use to come.

          For our new house we were particular to buy a product from sun flame but to our mystery they suggested us this glass top cooktop and while cooking glass broke suddenly getting into the food and injured my new ones.

          I am really horrified by this product and a substandard quality provided by sun flame. I would like to warn everyone thinking of buying products from sun flame

          The company doesn't provide any service and are reluctant in even listening to what happened

            Due to blockages in automatic ignition we got a frequent sudden flames between the glass top and the basement!
            Which is we felt very dangerous.

            Kindly replace with normal stove at the earliest!

            After 3 follow ups of services for same query we are facing the same issue! I don't want your service anymore pls provide a new one. Thanks

            Please change the double gas stove immediately.
            Please give me the Sunflame Geyser service center contact address in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, india.
            The sunflame company we are using your product double gas stove. And the double gas stove glass was broke by large heating. And now for cooking time the broked glass was create problem in cooking. Plz change the glass of our gas stove immediately. This gas stove is buy by Ravi.

              I purchased Sunflame 4 burner glass cooking gas stove in 2016, I was cooking last night and I had warmed only 8 Rotis and stove was switched off and I turned to lay the dinning table when I heard a big bang in the kitchen and many glass beads were there on the floor & glass of my Sunflame 4 burner gas top stove burst and glass shattered spread in my kitchen, I felt afraid how can this happen as I had not cooked much ?how can I replace it ?

                Purchased 4 burner stove from Vishal Mega Mart @ Ramanthapur in year 2014.
                Selected due to its name to be reliable brand with stainless steel sheet. But from two to three months, burners with very high flame at the start while igniting. Called Indane emergency person but technician told that the problem with the stove. Called local technician and got checked and the technician says no problem. Kindly help.                   I purchased 3 burner gas stove in. Feb.2012, at bhagate
                  Steel centre, sangli maharastra (416 416, pohne[protected], two years ago its top glass suddenly broken into small pieces. I used old sunflame gas stove purchased in 1984, it is still working good, (That is why i purchased above stove). One month ago i asked above steel centre for the replacement of glass. The owner of the shop taken rs.1000/- against price of glass rs.1800/- and assured us that he will contact company diller and ask for new glass. But still i have not got satisfactory answer from the shop kipper. I think he has not taken this seriously. And every time giving wrong promises. So i request you that whether i will get this glass.                   One of button is comes out from body and one is very hard to operate, so only two are in use of four burner chula !!
                  Sunflame company is very reliable and old, if my product is defective kindly change it

                    I am complaind for replacing the glass of gas burner. But the call center not atanding the calls after complaint.
                    2 months are going to complaint but no replacement done. The machenic says the glass is not available of this model. And always says two days four days.
                    For this problem we are using old burner that was expire any time so please take action against the complaint.

                    My new chopper not working very well ... Then i complaint . And company service provider take him back dated 15 February 2017... But till now he not return me... I call many times but any serious action not taken by company managment ... My complaint no. Is 179...

                      Sunflame 3 burner auto ignition gas stove part not available in bangalore. Part to be replaced is big burner and burner stand with ignition wire set. More than 1 month of complaint but service center says that the parts are not being sent to bangalore by faridabad office. The after sales service is pathetic in bangalore and even the zonal manager (Name do not remember but some muslim guy) does not respond.

                        Purchased the geyser on[protected] from one of the SUNFLAME ENTERPRISES outlet in jammu named
                        Pioneer electronics at talab tillo. The complaint was lodged before 6 months that is by last year november or even before that. The invoice number is 1492.
                        But even after that no action has been taken .And even the customer service was the worst because even after calling for even more than one and a half hour none replied to the ring.

                        Today even on (24/4/2017) i again called them many times and told the issue again but there wasn't any action taken.
                        I now request you for the refunding for the product.As the person i was talking to number([protected]) was the one who didnt even bother topick the call.And talking to their members at the outlet in JAMMU is sure a wasteas they are just assuring us for the delivery of product from 6-7 months
                        So now i hope from your side that an action woul be taken as soon as possible.

                          Sir i purchased electric iron from csd canteen visakhapatnam on 04 jan 2017 vide bill no.018061 dated 04 jan 2017 while using it sudden stop heatingup iron. Warrenty of iron was 02 years but with in four month ieon is non operation to use it my mobile number is [protected] so request change it or tell me the servicing center at visakhapatnam so that to avoid delay cause more burdeb and time save.                             Sunflame enterprises — sunflame - gas stove glass bursted

                            Last week while making roties on sunflame gas burner. The glass top suddenly burst, into small pieces. We all were shocked on that moment & i got injured my hand is still not cured bleeding. I was surprised that how it could have been happend with sunflame gas stove as it is well known trusted brand. I bought from star cj where they also give quality assurance..

                                I bought the said juicer in february 2017 on line, but some small accessories were missing, which was not known to me. During uses without accessories, juicer got damaged, which was repaired free of cost by local service center, but lying idle for want of accessory. The facts aboit missing accessory came to my knowledge when one of my freind visited my home and explained the reason for motor damage. Made so many complaints since 26.03.2017 to complaint cell to provide me the accessory, but all of no use. Local service center also failed to help although I offered to pay for it. On 4th April some Shri Sanjay Dewan replied that they will send company engineer very shortly to address the greivance, but no one attended the complaint and I am still helpless.

                                  I had ordered for front glass of my OTG along with frame a month back but I have yet not received the same. The same was purchased through one of the dealers in Amritsar i.e. Vision Care Centre, Hall bazar and replacement of part was also ordered through same dealer. Whenever we check status of part from them, they simply say that it has not been sent by Company. Such a service is not expected from company like Sunflame. Neither their contact numbers work nor anyone reverts on the emails. Shall never ever buy any products of Sunflame going forth and would suggest all not to do the same.

                                    It is very surprising that the Brand Sunflame products are so bad that they broke without touching even .

                                    Pls find attached the Warranty card with bill .

                                    The Glass top of my gas stove got damage even without anything falling on it, I think you guys test the quality of your product before introducing in market .

                                    From last 2 days we have not cooked food at home and in shocked that how come in 6 months a product of Sunfalme can be damaged.

                                    Pls send some one to replace the Stove on urgent basis .

                                      I have purchased an OTG from Kalra Crockery from Ludhiana, Punjab in April, 2016.
                                      In may I HV shifted to Navi Mumbai...
                                      I used this OTG here in Mumbai only after i shifted. Since my 1st use it is having heat problems. I complained several times at customer care of sunflame. My brother visited d retailer as well. Kalra Crockery also contacted customer care but issue was still not resolved. After that I contacted my times to d customer care but no one has respond yet.
                                      Now I m requesting for the last time for resolving my complaint otherwise I will move to consumer court. Plz resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                        We purchased Sunflame Optima geyser on November, 2016. It worked very well for about one and half month. In January, 2017 it started giving problems of water tank leakage. Then we made call to customer care. What they do in reply is provide another phone number saying that call on this number as we do not deal in your locality/area. When we call the number provided then the person receiving call on this number provide a new number giving the same excuse of area not coming under there service center. And this is going on like this for almost more than two months. We also got another companies appliances and when we complain about something they got a centralized complaint/customer care center. The complaint is automatically transfered to the area concerned.
