Dear Sir/Mam,
A Sunflame Pearl Glass Stove was purchased by me from Big Bazar, Ambience Mall on 18 Oct 2011. The Gas Stove came with 2 years warranty. After 11 months o[censored]sage one of the gas burners is unable to dispense or burn properly. I had lodged a complain with Sunflame service center on the following numbers:[protected], [protected] 3 weeks back and received a complain number S1847. Even after 3 weeks there was no service...

We have taken 3 burnor glass top cook stove glass of this cook stove broken by heating, i have logde complain but nobody is taking responsiblity for that and resolved problem till date,

I buy one hand blender model no. Sf-642 dx from one of sunflame authorised shop : m/s.Guliani electricals (Ph.25531277,[protected], e-31, (Shop no.1) gurunanak pura, jail road, n.Delhi-58., vide cash memo no. 3962 dt.26/2/12 - but to my utter surprise – after few days i found that : -

A) gripper is getting very hot instantly.
B) chopper blades is not setting inside.
C) the marker on chopper and its cover...

I have purchased the above mentioned gas stove from Vijay sale Hub Goregaon east
recently.I was very much surprised to see that stove is very light in weight and it moves front back very fast with a little touch and it very risky when on.
In past I had Sunflame gas stove 2 burner but it was made of heavy steel .I cannot
recommend this to anybody unless the quality is improved .
