Dear sir ,
I have received sun flame glass top 3 burner gas stove through your courier tanvi on 19.6.13 @ 05.50p.M. Along with free gifts. I have paid to the representative of m/s tanvi , the
Amount of rs. 4850 /- on delivery of the said gas stove.
On opening of the package i found that the aforesaid gas stove is damaged and i have communicated to you the factual position vide my letter dated 20.06.2013 .
In aforesaid case ,i have noticed one astonishing fact , that the packing done to the gas stove is of high quality and the package has not sustained any outward damage . However inside the package the gas stove was found damaged . The only plausible explaination is that the gas stove is not damaged during transit , but deliberately damaged gas stove has been despatched to me . This is cheating and is not expected from the firm of your standing.
Keeping above aspects in view it is earnestly requested toi arrange replacement of the damaged gas stove immediately .

    I bought one three burner crystal gas stove of sunflame from gulati galaxy, kotla market, delhi on june 20, today when my wife was making chapati on the burner suddenly the glass of the gas stove busted and broken into pieces. It was really scary my wife got some injuries too due to that burst.

    I am continuously trying to call your customer care but no one is answering my call. Can you please look into this matter asap.

    Sunflame — Gas leakage

    We have purchase Sunflame gas stove. Glass top 2 Burner.

    There is gas leakage from the burner. we have compliant multiple time , engineer visit two times but not resolve the problem.

      Dear Sir/Mam,
      A Sunflame Pearl Glass Stove was purchased by me from Big Bazar, Ambience Mall on 18 Oct 2011. The Gas Stove came with 2 years warranty. After 11 months o[censored]sage one of the gas burners is unable to dispense or burn properly. I had lodged a complain with Sunflame service center on the following numbers:[protected], [protected] 3 weeks back and received a complain number S1847. Even after 3 weeks there was no service response from this company, neither anyone called me up for resolution. I lodged a new complain on 15 Oct 2012 with complain number: S2018 and was told that the service of the GAS Stove would be done within 24 hours but still no response from the company. I have also called up the company service person Mr Rawat on [protected] and he daily provides me with false assurances regarding service but no one comes for the same.
      I would request you to please raise this issue with Sunflame and please inform them that there service is extremely poor and so they should come forward and apologize for the same in addition to servicing or replacing my gas stove.

            I buy one hand blender model no. Sf-642 dx from one of sunflame authorised shop : m/s.Guliani electricals (Ph.25531277,[protected], e-31, (Shop no.1) gurunanak pura, jail road, n.Delhi-58., vide cash memo no. 3962 dt.26/2/12 - but to my utter surprise – after few days i found that : -

            A) gripper is getting very hot instantly.
            B) chopper blades is not setting inside.
            C) the marker on chopper and its cover is washed out.

            As such, i want replacement of the set.

              I bought one Accord 90 SSCF chimney on December 26, 2009 for my new flat at Kolkata.
              I paid Rs.18,000/- for the chimney as I was told Sunflame chimney would give the best service and market leader in the chimney sector..
              I stay at Mumbai and visited my flat only twice for few days during the year 2009/2010. During my visit to Kolkata in December 2010, the chimney stopped functioning within the warranty period. When complaint lodged with Sunflame, the company sent one technician from Siddharth Commercial, based at 244 Chittaranjan Avenue, Girish Park, Kolkata, a third party service provider who inspected the chimney on December 23rd, 2010 and informed that the circuit panel (PCB) is not functioning and need replacement. I spoke to Mr. Sukumar Das (Sales) who informed me that as the fault occurred during warranty period, necessary replacement would be done free of cost. This was recorded by me through email dated January 6, 2011 with a copy to the Regional Sales Manager Mr. P.L.Bhattacharya. Mr. Das stated that during my next visit to Kolkata he would arrange to replace the faulty part immediately.

              I arrived Kolkata almost after one year on November 12th, 2011 and informed Mr. Das for restoring the chimney at the earliest or arrange to replace it as I paid a good amount for a high end chimney.

              Both Mr. Das & Bhattacharya promised me to bring the spare from their central warehouse and would rectify the problem at the earliest.

              Since last two and half months during my stay in Kolkata, in spite of several phone calls to both of them, the chimney is not functional. as the original parts not installed though Mr. Bhattacharya, Regional Sales Manager promised me personally to look into the matter.

              I am writing this memo to bring to your notice to inform how customers are harassed through defective and sub standard products since last two years though paying a hefty amount and being duped. The staff in spite of giving assurances over phone, did not bother to attend the
              problem. This is the after sales care exhibited by Sunflame.
              I am writing this email to receive your feedback and help for an early for resolving the problem.

                THERE IS NOT RESPONSE FROM SUNFLAM ENTERPRISES WE WANT REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.

                I bought a new Sunflame Pearl Three burner Gas stove on 26/08/2011 from Star Cj live online shopping. Despite a new and branded company product not even used more than one month there is a LPG leakage in the stove due to this fatal defect in manufacturing one day(09/11/11 ) fire blast came out in kitchen when my wife was working on that gas stove caused my wife burn injuries.
                There after we logged complaint with Sunflame customer care on 10/11/11. They send service team twice at my home for repairing but I was not satisfied with their work and my wife told them that this Gas stove is still leaking but they assured that this accident will not occur again as such they has repaired the stove.
                While working in the kitchen my wife smelt LPG gas leakage many times . On 15/12/11 second time when she was preparing food on the stove in the morning this stove again caught fire with blast then she has shut off the LPG gas cylinder to save her life.
                Again we logged complain with Sunflame on 15/12/2011 then they sent service team twice they told us this stove is having major LPG leakage problem . we have seen three times Fire/blast in kitchen during repairing of stove. Then one technician Mr. ARUN told us that I had seen this type of problem in Gas stove first time in my seven years of experience and this Stove should be replaced with new one as such this stove can not be repaired .
                As such we have seen FIRE accident many time by keeping our LIFE on RISK, we can not bear further repairing of this product.
                Being a matter of LIFE of our family we are requesting the SUNFLAME company to replace my product as soon as possible. Being a reputed company we can not accept this type faut in the new product. after regular complain with SUNFLAME company service center for repairing but they have send their technicians five time during one month they tried to repair LPG leakage in stove but failed.
                so we want to replace our stove as soon as possible we can not take LIFE RISK further.
                Despite repeated emails (10/11/2011, 23,24&27/12/2011)to SUNFLAME customer cell, they are not taking interest in solving my problem which is genuine.
                so that i am sending Bill details for rectify my issues as soon as possible.

                SUNFLAME ENTERPRISES PVT LTD — DAMAGED GAS STOVE

                We had purchased Sunflame Gas Stove from BIG BAZAAR at Kandivli West Mumbai 400101 on 17th April 2011.

                We did not open the box immediately as we did not require the gas stove. When we opened the box, we found that there were cracks on the gas stove.

                SUNFLAME Enterprises Pvt Ltd is not ready to change the gas stove although it is under warranty.

                We request you to kindly take legal action against the company and cancel the manufacturing license of the company.

                  I have purchased sunflame gas stove reflecto on 28/09/2011 from Satguru
                  Refrigeration dealer from Vyara, dist-Tapi ,Gujarat. From the first day, the gas
                  stove gives lot of black smoke. I lodged a complaint to the dealer. After that
                  Ahmedabad range sunflame incharge Sh Niraj( Mob-[protected]) visited my home & did
                  something. But the problem remains the same.I again lodged a complaint & Mr Niraj
                  came after a fortnight& he changed the gas kit. But still black smoke is appearing &
                  utensils are becoming black. He is not attending the problem after repeated
                  complaint. I have purchased a brand new gas stove & why shall I continue with the
                  defective gas stove? On asking for changing the gas stove with new one, he is not
                  agreeing & he is also not attending the problem. It is the right time to act for the
                  high level sunflame authority to this
                  faulty incharge. Please do needful to help poor customer like me & maintain high
                  standard for the company. You change my gas stove with good one, otherwise refund
                  my money.

                      Sorry this is not a complaint but a serious problem that can be sorted by the engineers of Sunflame industries regarding a gas burner
                      purchased from them during the the second Navratri i.e. about the 29/09/11 month.This was a three pc stainless steel burner called Spectra which was bought directly from their factory in Faridabad.When we started cooking on it that is 4/10/11 for making halwa we found the body of the burner became so hot that we could not even stand near it,It even heats up with a five liter cooker (with water) on it .In fact the lady who has purchased it Mrs Roohi Gujral ---my friend --- even burnt her finger when she touched the body of the burner,by mistake,Yesterday on 11/10/11I talked to Mr. Dhingra the General Manager of Sunflame industries and explained the whole problem to him and he has offered to send his engineer to Mrs Gujral's house in Greenfield colony. Hopefully they will solve my friends problem fast as we have no cooking burner therefore she cannot cook any food as she has no burner . Pls note my friend is a widow and above 60yrs. She lives alone in her Greenfield colony house.A good company like Sunflame must take these factors into account seriously.

                        Dear Sir,

                        We have been patronizing your outlet at Vikhroli for purchase of various consumer durables and kitchen ware while renovating our bungalow at Deonar. We have spent approximately 5 lakhs in purchase of various items from this single outlet of ezone, Vikhroli. We have been put through tremendous amount of ordeal in organizing the installation and demo of various appliances like Sunflame chimney (DIVA 60SS BF), Sunflame Hob (SFH 73 FTG), Samsung Microwave (CQ138S-G), Samsung Refriderator (RT77KBTS1/STL FF), and Philips food processor, chopper etc.

                        After a lot of follow up with Mr. Nihaal, Mr. Hanumant, Ms. Vaishali, Mr. Kulkarni, Mr. Amit, finally the gentleman from Sunflame, Mr. Amar Shinde responded on 4th July 2011 for installation of Sunflame hob. However, he opened the sealed package and confirmed that the same cannot be installed in our modular kitchen due to non-feasibility and technical intolerance of the same. He immediately called your outlet in Vikhroli and informed the same and requested them that the same be exchanged with another model. Since than, we have been following up consistently and we have not received a positive response from them. While purchasing the same, we were informed by the sales attendant that all the technical details will be explained while installation by the sunflame engineer. This has created a lot of inconvenience and frustration since we never expected a professional group such as yours to be so lethargic. We will appreciate if you would immediately respond and arrange to get the problem resolved at the earliest.

                          I had purchased a combo pack of sunflame gas stove and chimney on date 28/11/2009 for amount Rs.10300/-. From the starting only there was complaint from gas stove it caught fire twice because of manufacturing error which was corrected after 5-6 visits from company technician.Now after only 1and 1/2 yrs the chimney(with lifetime warrenty) has stopped functioning and i lodged complaint for it on 4/06/2011 and a technician came on 5th and told motor has to be replaced and he will come on 6th and replace it and also took visitation charges of 150/- in spite the fact motor is covered under lifetime warrenty, till date no one has come and on calling they reply that they will come tomorrow each time.

                            I have purchased a Sunflame Geyser - 15 Ltr Equator model around a year back. I studied the brouchure - It mentions all about high quality - safety features etc - so I was convinced (now I realize - that was my mistake acutally) about it and bought it.

                            Within one month it developed problems and had been under repair most of the winter since then. Sometimes the element gets short, sometimes thermostat is not working, once assembly got choked. once even had a blast in geyser (biggest wonder the technician could not even figure what caused the blast and simply once again replaced 2-3 parts). All this inspite of it being repaired by the authorised service center numerous times.

                            This was about the quality of the product, service and spare parts. Even bigger problem is the timelines and behaviour of the service center.

                            Not even one complaint was resolved in less than a month. They simply haggle over some time and then quitly close the complaint. Very often they said that particular part is out of stock and later on after numerous followups simply denied that they were suppose to replace any part at all.
                            It was very frustrarting dealing with the service center. Called up the headquarters of Sunflame to escalate the complaints but the reception told they do not have any machanism of escalation or complaint about their service center. Instead they gave me the contact number of area sales manager. Called him up and then again same story unfolds.

                            I dont expect any resolution from the company. Company is no less than a FRAUD.
                            I APPEAL TO ALL - NEVER EVER BUY ANY SUNFLAME PRODUCTS ESPECIALLY GEYSERS.
                            NOT JUST THE PRODUCTS ARE OF VERY LOW QUALITY BUT SERVICE IS ALSO PATHETIC.

                              i am happy to add that the glasstop was replaced with new one by sunflame goodwill service centre today on 14th december 2010 without any charges. the representative mr. digvijay singh and his colleage were very cooperative and did not demand any money for the service. i have reaffirmed my faith in sunflame products and wish them the best.

                                I purchsed sunflame crystal gas 4 burners glasstop in may 2010 from big bazar sahara mall gurgaon. i selected this model for easy cleaning and excellent looks. on 7th december 2010, the glasstop burst into pieces while cooking and i sustained minor injuries. i compained to big bazar and sunflame customer service on 8th december and spoke with Lata. a service tech from goodwill service centre inspected the item on 11th december and stated that company will charge for replacing glass top even i[censored]nder warranty. i fail to understand this as glass top burst while cooking and cooking is normal activity nothing was dropped on it. there are a number of complaints on internet regarding this. may be glass tops are not suitable for cooking or may be it is not heat resistant.
                                i had been using sunflame products for number of years without any problem.
                                i think a big company like sunflame should address genuine compaints of their consumers and fix the problems free of cost under warranty.i will post the outcome of this compalint.

                                i am happy to add that the glasstop was replaced with new one by sunflame goodwill service centre today on 14th december 2010 without any charges. the representative mr. digvijay singh and his colleage were very cooperative and did not demand any money for the service. i have reaffirmed my faith in sunflame products and wish them the best.

                                sunflame glass top burst into pieces

                                I have purchased sunflame crystal gas 4 burners glasstop on 16th of December 2010 from its authorised Dealer Shri Bala Ji Kitchenware in Bhogal. As my colleague was all full of praises for this particular model, so without giving a second thought I purchased this model. Just after three days while cooking on 20th of December 2010, the glasstop burst into pieces while cooking and i sustained minor injuries.

                                I was scared and so my was daughter who had started shivering seeing all this.The whole night I could not sleep as I just kept thinking about how the glass was flying everywhere in the kitchen.

                                I am just waiting for the Dealer's shop to open up and I am so scared o[censored]sing this gas again for cooking. i fail to understand this as glass top burst while cooking and cooking is normal activity nothing was dropped on it.

                                I was looking for the Customer Care, when I got to know that is a genuine problem in this product.there are a number of complaints on internet regarding this. may be glass tops are not suitable for cooking or may be it is not heat resistant.

                                i think a big company like sunflame should address genuine compaints of their consumers and fix the problems free of cost under warranty.i will post the outcome of this compalint.

                                Would really appreciate if one the Technicians give a visit to my place and replace the glass ASAP as I am left with absolutely no gas stove also and moreover when I am using it again, the remaining glass is also breaking up.

                                I Called up the dealer on 21st of December 2010 and made the Complaint to him. He gave me the number for the Customer Care. I logged the Complaint with the Customer Care and I believe that this is a routine problem with Sunflame Crystal and so the Executive did not take the Complaint seriously. but anyway the Complaint was logged and in the evening one of the technician did visit my residence. This was only an inspection visit as Sunflame did not trust me.

                                Next day morning I called up the Service Engineer and asked him for the replacement. he was going for a meeting and had no time to listen patiently. I told him quickly that the glass portion had broken down and when I am switching on the gas again the remaining glass is getting broken too.

                                he told me that as per the report submitted to him extra 2 burner gas stove has been provided to me . I told him that nobody has given me anything. He seems to be getting late for the meeting and was in mood to listen and simply disconnected the phone.

                                I called up the Technician and checked with him. he said that he does not have the glass and so the replacement will take 3 - 4 days time.
                                I tried to call up Sumit Sharma but as expected there was no reply from his mobile.

                                I am under a lot of pain and mental agony and would seriously not recommend any product of Sunflame to anyone..

                                I am really surprised at the casual attitude of the Sunflame family and thinking how unprofessional a Branded Company can be who only sell product and then are lost in their own world.

                                I am just crossing my finger..Hope the Toughend Glass does not give me any problem now..

                                Hi,

                                This is in continuation to the above mails I sent regarding the Sunflame Crystal Toughend Glass Gas 4 Burners Glasstop on 16th of December 2010 from its authorised Dealer Shri Bala Ji Kitchenware. After the so-called toughend glass broken..

                                Now one of the Burner has started giving problem and is working slow. I logged the Complaint yesterday and today I called up the Customer Care to check for the Status. The Executive asked for the Complaint Number which the Executive yesterday had not given me. After telling him the address, he told me that the Complaint will be forwarded to the Service Engineer in 48 hours and then only somebody will visit me..
                                I asked for the Complaint Number for my future reference but he told me that he remembers the Complaint and there is no need for the Complaint Number..Believe me, I have taken a headache for myself after buying sunflame product.
                                If this is the situation that in 45 days I am calling up the Customer Care twice, I am thinking that it will be better if I take the AMC for this so called Sunflame Crystal Toughened Glass Gas Stove to avoid all kinds of mental tensions for myself.

                                I bought one three burner gas stove of sunflame from Kalkaji on October 25, 2011, There has been continuous leakage of LPG from the stove. I have lodged complaint against it but no measures are being taken . Now with in three months of purchase top glass of stove broken completely while making chappati, I have been calling up the customer care. Though the guy whom i have been speaking to is very cooperative but no one is coming to replace the glass and check the leakage. Request you to please look into the matter

                                  While trying to cook food in Sunflame Gas Burner, the glass top sunddenly burst into small pieces. I got injured along with two of my friends. We had to go to hospital for this. This happened in presence of atleast 15 people and I have photographs as evidence and 15 people as witness.                                   I have purchased a Chimney + HOB from Healthcare Indirapuram . Model are MERC- 60SSCIP + SFH 64 LTG, on 25th Feb 2010. We installed last month only and found that the pan supports are defective. I made complaint to Service centre of our area on 7th June 2010.People of Service centers visited but could not replace the pan supports. When I found they are not responding properly, then I contacted Mr. Lamba of Faridabad Office. He gave me assurance that he would talk to the people of service center, I came to know that he had not contacted any one then I again tried to contact him but unfortunately I found he lacks sense to pick up phone call.

                                  My humble submission is to that it is risky to cook on unbalanced pan support, Grooves of pan supports are not proper to fit in the pan support holders, also pan supports holders are to light to hold any kind o[censored]tensil. So any time any thing can happen leading to burns. Who will be responsible for that? I am in great trouble ,each day I am facing great risk . cooking everyday.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and help me for the replacement of hub or give me money back.The Product is totally useless, The design of the product is of full of risk.

                                    I make a complain regarding it fittin to my local dealer jolly general store,new market yamunanagar and they said me that your problem will be solve within a weak. nd it is about 2months to go and no action is taken by him regarding my complain. they give me the companies serviceman contact no [protected]
                                    I make a call to about 20 times to come to my place but they also cant came to solve it.

                                      This is to state that I purchased four burner GT from Chaddha Electricals, Shop No.10, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi-23.

                                      In the morning of 19th March, 2010, the Friday, a bizzar incident incdent occurred at my residence which would have cost my wife's life dear. Arippening blast occurred in the glass cover of gas stove. A few moments before that unfortunate and ugly incident, she was cooking in the kitchen. The moment she stepped out, a loud blast occurred. We were quite dazed and shocked. Everything in my house ina muddle due to blast. this could well have been a fatal accident.

                                      At the time of purchasing, the dealer said that it was unbreakable and would have no impact of heat of burners. I requested manufacturer to either fix an almunium or other material cover. Or replace the cooking gas. Even I dared to take him to consumer court or even file an FIR.

                                      The representative of SUNFLAME did visit my residence. He offered to fix a glass cover. My wife said that she would not have it fixed as it could also blast. Even she asked whether he could guarantee that this would not happen again. He kept mum. She told him to fix either almunium, steel cover or replace the whole things. It has been a week since he visited.

                                      I would request you to kindly pursue the makers of SUNFLAME to do the needful.
